Now that I’m back at work I find it very interesting how my day can seemingly vanish into meetings and non-essential communications. Why is that? The meetings are not ones that I can avoid, they are company wide. The communications are likely critical to other members of the team, though they feel more like interruptions to me. I feel like I need to remind myself how to let bad things happen and to not attend meetings that I don’t need to attend.
